Wristbands

Wristbands must be worn the entire time you plan to attend any Heat Wave event. If you take it off or we see that it has been tampered with you will be required to purchase a replacement band a regular price.

Refunds

All Sales are final there are no refunds. Events will happen rain or shine.

Inside Vehicles

Inside Vehicles must have only ¼ of a tank in fuel and your gas cap must be locked or taped shut at all times. All engine batteries must be disconnected while your vehicle is in any building.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any buildings at the shows and we discourage you from bringing them.

Food & Drink

No food or drinks are allowed through the spectator entrances. This includes coolers

Parking

Spectator parking depending on the venue there might be a charge for that. Heat Wave doesn’t charge for parking. You are responsible for where you park and your vehicle if anything happens.

Media Passes

Media passes can be obtained for Magazines, TV, Newspapers, approved video production, and some social Media sites. Please fill out an application and submit it for approval. Contact Us for an application. Fees may apply.
